Currently, Erika is based out of Manhattan, working for J.P. Morgan in Wealth Management.

Currently, Mike is based out of Manhattan, working for Morgan Stanley in Wealth Management. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Gaby, and two sons, Liam and Domenic.

Carol Rech
Carol Rech, a Stage 3C breast cancer survivor herself, has been involved with Breast Intentions since its inception. She handles daily operations, marketing, and sponsorships.
Marianne Ruane
Marianne has been involved with Breast Intentions since its inception. She handles daily operations, marketing, and sponsorships.
Melissa Marsiello
Melissa has been involved with Breast Intentions since its inception. She handles our banking and event planning.
Brian Olore
Brian has been involved with Breast Intentions since its inception. He is our Treasurer and handles all of our technical needs.
Nicole Pelliccia
Nicole has been involved with Breast Intentions for several years. She handles patient correspondence and fundraising.
Karen Westermeier
Karen has been involved with Breast Intentions for several years. She works with patients and manages the distribution of our grants.

Debbie Serrano
Debbie has been involved with Breast Intentions for several years and is our Compliance Officer. She is our 2022 Gala chair and co-chair for Bingo for Boobs.
Heidi Lewis
Heidi has been involved with Breast Intentions for several years. She is our insurance expert and co-chair for Bingo for Boobs.
Patti Dickens
Patti has been involved with Breast Intentions since its inception. She is one of our patient liaisons and assists with fundraising and events.

Linda Morgan
Linda has been involved with Breast Intentions since 2021. She is a welcome addition to our team and gala committee.
Allie Rech
Allie has been involved with Breast Intentions since its inception. You can always find Allie at every meeting rocking our Breast Intentions gear (coming soon!). You've likely hugged her at some point! :)
Maggie LaBarbera
Maggie has been involved with Breast Intentions since its inception. She thought she could leave us for Virginia, but we pulled her right back! Her enthusiasm and solicitation skills are unmatched.
